Al Habtoor Palace - Preferred Hotels & Resorts Dubai

This venue exceeded my expectations. the luxurious amenities provided were fantastic, especially the Spa & wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool. the Spa lounge was very relaxing and the massage was invigorating. the Rooftop pool had stunning views of the city skyline. the Restaurant had delicious food and the in-room breakfast was a great perk. The location was ideal, with easy beach access and a short walk to shops and entertainment. Cons: the poolside snack bar was a bit limited in options. But besides that, this hotel was truly a luxurious and indulgent experience.

Inconsistent and subpar room cleaning, especially in the living room area. Poor maintenance and finishes in the rooms, causing discomfort and inconvenience.

We had an very nice stay at Lxr Hotels & Resorts. The butler service was really good and the room was luxurious, with a amazing bathroom. The breakfast was excellent as well. Despite some minor issues with the swimming pool and breakfast room, we highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city and next to a beautiful canal. The proximity to The Palace next door added to the charm and made it even more convenient. the hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with well-maintained facilities and a super clean room. The staff were another highlight, their friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was also really good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

This hotel is located in a quiet area that is not part of the 'concrete jungle', making it a perfect location for relaxation and tranquility. It is a palace with luxurious rooms and bathrooms that are immaculately clean, with everything needed provided. The customer service is amazing, and the staff is hospitable and friendly with a Butler service that is highly recommended. The breakfast is impressive with a variety of choices including freshly made items by the kitchen.

The parking arrangements are a bit tight and inconvenient.
